At Al Sadiq College, we strive to ensure that students have everything they need to succeed both inside and outside the classroom. In addition to tuition fees, there are essential items and services that support your child’s daily learning and overall school experience. Below is a list of key everyday necessities that all families need to be aware of.
1. Uniforms
Our school uniform is an important part of our school culture and identity, promoting a sense of belonging and equality among students. All students are required to wear the official Al Sadiq College uniform, which can be purchased through our partners at Midford either on-line: School Shops Online | Midford or instore at 1608 -1612 Canterbury Road Punchbowl NSW 2196.
For more details on the uniform requirements and where to purchase them, please visit our Uniforms Page.
2. Excursions & Activities
Throughout the year, students will participate in excursions, field trips, and other school-based activities that enhance their learning experiences. These are essential to the curriculum and are planned to complement students’ studies, giving them practical experiences in real-world settings. The cost of excursions and activities will vary, and parents will be notified ahead of time.
Empower Minds, Enrich Hearts, Embrace the Future.
At Al Sadiq College, we believe that strong partnerships between families and educators play a vital role in a student’s success. The Parent Portal helps keep parents informed, connected, and engaged in their child’s learning journey, ensuring we work together to support every student’s growth and wellbeing.
3. Canteen Services
Al Sadiq College offers a healthy and diverse range of food options in the school canteen. Students can purchase snacks, drinks, and meals during break times. Parents can set up an account to allow their children to purchase food and drinks at school. This service ensures that students have access to healthy meals during school hours.
4. Technology Requirements
As part of our commitment to modern education, students will require a laptop or tablet. It is compulsory for all students from Year 4 to Year 12 to have a laptop for NAPLAN, external testing, including those from NESA and research while doing assignments from home.
