- Student Well Being
At Al Sadiq College, we believe in quality care and well-being for every student.
Comprehensive Programs for Mental and Emotional Health
At Al Sadiq College, wellbeing is central to student life.
Through our House system: Scholars, Roses, Lanterns and Lions, students are supported in their faith, identity, and personal growth. Grounded in Quranic teachings and Tarbiyah, our approach nurtures a strong sense of connection, character, and care. In the Junior School, students develop respect, kindness, and strong friendships, building a foundation for a smooth transition into Senior School. This continues through the Brothers and Sisters Clubs, where students engage in guided reflection, goal setting, and personal development in a supportive environment.

Student Support Services
Our College Psychologist works collaboratively with students, families, and staff to promote wellbeing, resilience, and positive learning outcomes. Through early intervention and evidence-based practices, students are supported with counselling, assessments, and tailored strategies. Religious counselling is also available, ensuring faith remains central as students navigate challenges and personal growth.

Learning Enhancement
At Al Sadiq College, we support every student through a data-driven approach, using academic, behavioural, and social insights to identify needs early. Our Response to Intervention (RTI) model provides tailored support or enrichment—within the classroom or through targeted small groups—ensuring each student is supported in both learning and wellbeing.
Students are also encouraged to extend themselves through a range of enrichment opportunities, including ICAS assessments, the Da Vinci Decathlon, Australian Mathematics Competition, Maths Olympiad, Public Speaking and Debating, and Gifted and Talented programs, building confidence and excellence across a range of areas.

Digital Literacy
At Al Sadiq College, digital literacy is embedded across all year levels in line with the NSW Syllabus. Students in K–3 use iPads on campus, while Years 4–12 participate in a supervised BYOD laptop program.
Students develop essential digital skills, including research, online assessments, and presentation tools, supported by access to Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams). From early years, students are also taught online safety and the responsible, ethical use of technology, including AI.
Empower Minds, Enrich Hearts, Embrace the Future.
At Al Sadiq College, we believe that strong partnerships between families and educators play a vital role in a student’s success. The Parent Portal helps keep parents informed, connected, and engaged in their child’s learning journey, ensuring we work together to support every student’s growth and wellbeing.
