Applications are processed in order received, with priority given to families aligned to the College’s ethos, siblings, and other criteria. Continued enrolment requires adherence to College values and policies.
Conditions of Enrolment
By accepting a place at Al Sadiq College, parents and carers agree to the following terms and conditions.
✔ Accepting Your Enrolment Offer
- Signing the enrolment agreement
- Paying the non-refundable enrolment fee
Both parents/carers are required to sign unless otherwise approved by the College.
✔ College Expectations
- Support the Islamic (Muslim Alawite) values, goals and policies
- Ensure student attendance and participation in all programs
- Follow all behaviour, uniform and safety expectations
- Communicate respectfully with staff and the school community
Students are expected to contribute positively and uphold the College’s reputation.
✔ Fees & Financial Responsibility
- Pay all school fees by the due dates
- Cover additional costs (excursions, activities, medical expenses)
- Provide accurate financial information when required
Overdue fees may result in charges, restricted participation, recovery action, or cancellation of enrolment.
✔ Changes to Family or Student Details
- Changes to contact details or address
- Court orders or custody arrangements
- Updated medical or learning needs
✔ Withdrawal of a Student
One full term’s written notice is required. Failure to provide notice may result in one term’s fees being charged.
✔ Privacy & Use of Information
The College collects and stores information to support student education and wellbeing.
- Information may be shared with authorised services where required by law
- Parents/carers may withdraw media consent in writing to the Principal
✔ When Enrolment May Be Reviewed
- Serious breaches of behaviour or College values
- Unpaid fees
- False or incomplete information provided
- Breakdown in the home-school relationship

Conditions of Enrolment
By accepting a place at Al Sadiq College, parents and guardians agree to the following terms and conditions:
Part 1: Expectations and Behaviour
College Ethos
I/We acknowledge that Al Sadiq College is founded on the principles of the Muslim Alawite faith and agree to support these values throughout the educational experience.Communication
I/We agree to communicate with the College in a respectful manner using the appropriate channels and refrain from any form of inappropriate conduct including sarcasm, humiliation, intimidation, or violence.Support for College Rules
I/We agree to uphold the College’s values, policies, and rules as outlined in the Parent/Student Handbooks and Student Code of Conduct. I/We understand that my child is expected to do the same.Parental Engagement
I/We agree to attend parent-teacher meetings and support the work and expectations of College staff, including upholding behaviour and uniform policies.Behaviour and Performance
I/We acknowledge that students must adhere to the College’s behavioural standards and must strive to work to the best of their ability in all academic areas. Non-compliance may result in disciplinary action.College Activities and Participation
I/We agree that my child will participate in all College activities, including excursions and camps, and will follow the College’s attendance and punctuality expectations.Disciplinary Actions
I/We understand that the College reserves the right to take disciplinary action if my child’s behaviour or performance is deemed detrimental to their wellbeing or that of others, including exclusion from classes or activities.Uniform and Grooming
I/We acknowledge that students must adhere to the College uniform and grooming standards while on campus or attending College activities.Attendance and Leave
I/We agree that my child must attend the College on all scheduled days, and that any requests for leave must follow the College’s Leave Policy, submitted in writing at least four weeks in advance.Assessment and Progress Reviews
I/We acknowledge that the College may assess the academic, behavioural, and social progress of my child and will provide regular updates.
Part 2: Fees and Charges
Enrolment Fee
I/We agree to pay a non-refundable enrolment fee as set by the College, which will be used at the College’s discretion.Payment of Fees
I/We agree to pay all College fees as invoiced, by the fourth Friday of each term or according to the agreed payment plan. If fees are not paid on time, my child may be excluded from classes or activities until the fees are settled.Late Payments and Debt Recovery
I/We understand that outstanding fees may incur interest, administrative charges, and legal action if not settled within the College’s specified terms.Notice of Withdrawal
I/We understand that a full term’s notice in writing is required before withdrawing my child from the College. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a charge of one term’s fees in lieu of notice.Joint Liability
I/We understand that both parents or guardians are jointly and severally liable for the payment of all fees and charges, including any costs associated with recovering outstanding fees.
Part 3: Health and Safety
Safe Environment
I/We acknowledge that the College seeks to provide a safe environment for all students, and I/we agree to comply with all safety and security procedures, including signing in at the College Reception when visiting.Search and Property
I/We understand that the College reserves the right to search my child’s possessions if there are reasonable grounds for concern about safety or College rules.Insurance and Responsibility
I/We acknowledge that the College does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought by my child to the College.Health and Medical Information
I/We agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions, special needs, or other important information that could impact my child’s participation in College life. Any required medical or specialist reports should be provided to the College.Emergency Procedures
I/We understand that in case of emergency, the College will follow its established procedures, and parents will be contacted as soon as possible.
Part 4: Amendments and Updates
Amendment of Terms
I/We understand that the College reserves the right to amend these Terms of Enrolment at any time. Any amendments will be published on the College website and communicated to parents as necessary.Disclosure of Information
I/We agree to provide accurate and honest information in this enrolment form and understand that failure to do so may result in the termination of my child’s enrolment.
